I have always had a love and passion for art! My hobbies and professional experiences

have always centered around art in one form or another.  My childhood was spent

drawing, painting and crafting and needless to say art class, or any art project, was my

favorite.  From concept to design, ideas are never an issue for me, so I’ve always

helped others with their projects.  As I got older, I branched out on to the “human

canvas” and began a career in the beauty industry as a professional makeup artist and

hair designer, both in the salon and with media production companies.  I also went

into the event planning industry where I created the props and much of the decor

used at the events. 

 

I came back to my true passion and got my bachelor’s degree in graphic design in 2001 and I have worked primarily in the field for the past 17 years.  I have worked with a broad base of clients both in a workplace environment and with freelance, making versatility in my design style necessary through the use of layout, fonts and colors, in order to be relevant to the brand I am designing for.  Art and design are a huge part of who I am, and if I’m not utilizing my talent professionally then I’m enjoying it personally.
